Lead Global Manufacturing Technology team; inclusive of NPIE, Component Engineering, Test Development, and Process Engineering. Partner with Engineering, Materials, and Factory site teams to continually enhance DFX capabilities and ensure implementation in all HW NPI projects. Responsible for manufacturing strategy including developing, communicating, and implementing activities, tests, and processes across all internal and extended manufacturing facilities. Establish policy and process for component life cycle management from design selection, technical risk assessment, and PCN management. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain and Site Manufacturing teams to define and drive sourcing qualification processes to meet quality, cost, and flexibility targets. Responsible for POC products that are produced out of the Milpitas production facility that includes manufacturing, test, warehouse, and logistics operations• Accountable for manufacturing strategy including developing, communicating, and implementing activities, tests, and processes across all internal and extended manufacturing facilities.• Establish policy and process for component life cycle management from design selection, technical risk assessment, and PCN mitigation.• Lead and develop robust component engineering process to ensure component database integrity, including Agile change management and synchronization with CAD design platforms.• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain and Site Manufacturing teams to define and drive sourcing qualification processes to meet quality, cost, and flexibility targets.• Accountable for CM KPI targets for quality, productivity, assembly cost reduction, and process improvements.
