Working as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s team of experts in the Project & Development Services group helping our clients to minimize risks and make the right real estate decisions. Going beyond “on time and on budget with the best quality.” We listen to our client’s objectives and goals, acting as both advocate and advisor by providing project implementation, across multiple locations, through a methodology of strategic planning, due diligence, and construction management; managing construction costs, communicating base building standards, ensuring schedules and critical dates are met, and coordinating work letters and commitments during design and construction. Significant Projects:2020 – Blackstone relocation to 101 California St, 44th flr. Inherited this $9mil project while it was already under construction with no approved budget(!). It was a scramble to keep things moving while gathering costs & getting approval; and completing the project on schedule. 2019 - Avoided holdover fees relocating Aetna into 20,628 office with a tight budget and schedule using creative permitting, alternate light fixtures, reuse of doors, ceilings, lights & VAV’s where possible.2018 – Bid out services for building architect and established master service agreement. Top fee producer for San Francisco PDS (project managers). 2017 – Developed garage lighting project converting lights to LED resulting in over 50% reduction in utility bill and $5K rebate. Continued work at the Towers Emeryville including campus ADA upgrade; along with doctors’ offices for Marin General, and 101 Cal TI for Navigant.2016 – Completed over 20 TI’s along with campus conference center, a restaurant, and tenant lounge. 2015 – Assigned to the Towers Emeryville to speed up and smooth out construction activities. Established master service agreement for 3 on-call general contractors and rewrote construction rules & regulations.
