ABOUT DENNIS LANGE
Following my passion for science and technology, I pursued my Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees in Materials Science at RWTH Aachen University. During that time, I undertook two research internships, one at Imperial College and the other at Caltech. These experiences fueled my desire to continue my academic career abroad, leading me to complete a PhD in the field of photovoltaics at Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. Subsequently, I embarked on my first industry role at a transversal R&D center of Saint-Gobain, located near Aachen. In this position, my primary responsibility was to lead a project focused on introducing and industrializing a new thin film processing technology for some of Saint-Gobain\'s flat glass coaters. As I progressed in my career and took on the role of Senior Project Leader, I spearheaded a major product development initiative aimed at bringing a new type of glass roof to the market. During this time, my interest in sustainability continued to grow, eventually becoming my primary focus in the last year. I am eager to leverage my skills as a project leader and engineer to develop solutions that benefit people and planet.
