As a Director, I operate at the intersection of technical judgment, operational leadership, and financial accountability, guiding environmental projects where the cost of choosing the wrong path can be significant. For clients facing environmental liability, uncertainty carries real consequences—regulatory exposure, escalating remediation costs, project delays, and long‑term business risk. My role is to help bring clarity to that uncertainty and support decisions that are both technically sound and defensible.In practice, I assign and oversee project managers, serve as project officer on complex and high‑visibility projects, and maintain accountability for scope, quality, schedule, budget, safety, and profitability within my span of control. I lead resource planning and staffing to ensure work is delivered efficiently while supporting team performance, mentorship, and professional growth.Technically, I bring deep expertise in hydrogeology and in‑situ remediation, including groundwater fate and transport analysis, vapor intrusion evaluation, geostatistical assessment, and the design and implementation of remediation systems. I am frequently engaged when site conditions are complex, data are incomplete, and the stakes are significant - helping translate subsurface uncertainty into clear, actionable remediation strategies that protect clients from unintended outcomes.
