With 27 years in leadership at NBC Universal Studios, I have been promoted 6 times, into 7 different positions, each with increasingly demanding responsibilities. My oversight has included the operational, training, administrative, financial, buying and warehouse management of all revenue generating businesses, including: Food & Beverage (fast casual, buffeteria, QSRs, culinary, carts/vending, bars, catering, employee dining and logistics); Retail Operations (retail units, 3rd party specialty leasing, special events, carnival games, visual & merchandising and distribution). I have also supported in a cross-functional role, many of our guest facing, interdepartmental teams, including: Attractions, Park Services, Parking, Main Entry, IT and Entertainment. With 95% of the theme park being impacted by new attractions, expansions and remodels over the year, I have been involved with the planning, organization and execution of our unit remodels, the opening of new businesses and their peripherals.
