   Our firm represents approximately 165 cooperative and condominium boards throughout the metropolitan New York City area. Being part of the real estate and cooperative and condominium legal community has been an extraordinary experience. I am enjoying my current role as head of Seyfarth’s Condominium and Cooperative practice group and my position as co-chair of the New York State Bar Association, Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives. After graduating from law school, I had the good fortune of serving as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York in the Real Estate Financing Bureau, Cooperative and Condominium Enforcement Section. I enjoy assisting clients with complex legal issues and frequently contribute to, and am often quoted in, publications including The New York Times dealing with issues relating to cooperative and condominium law, real estate, construction contracts and building defects, and offering plans. Lecturing and conducting seminars and workshops on the subject of cooperatives and condominiums and related practice areas at and on behalf of the New York State Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Real Estate Board of Continuing Education Program and the Office of the Attorney General, and the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums are among my favorite activities. “There are never too many history books to read… or trails to be hiked… or places to explore.”
