About Dennis Ford
In March of \"23\", took over the role of Chief Revenue Officer of the Phoenix/CNC Franchise of ReBath and Kitchens. My role is to refine, and define, how this growing company, the largest bathroom remodeler in the nation, recruits, hires, trains, and increases revenues by continuing a legacy of profound customer service and delight, and delivering the finest end-product in the industry. We are growing, and as we do, ReBath will be hiring more salespeople in the most unique commission-based sales model I have ever seen. I am very excited to see ReBath continue to grow and am honored to be a part of this remarkable company.For the prior 31 years, with Quantum Leap Productions, I have been creating and producing wildly entertaining, totally custom, message-driven content for corporate meetings: all original Musical Comedies, Training Sessions utilizing actors and sketch comedy, and Custom Team-Building experiences. QLP is also a full-service video company bringing compelling storytelling and innovative content to corporate videos. We also produce Documentary Films and have won 12 Emmy Awards for Best Film, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Editing, Production, Graphics, Writing, and more. VERY proud of our QLP team, and here in 2023 our latest film \"The Weight of a Feather\" recently won 4 Emmys. After decades of sitting in on high-level corporate leadership meetings, I had an epiphany that led me to write the book, “Monetize Your Culture”. It hit #1 Bestseller on Amazon and I do Keynotes nationally about how to create an uber-productive and very profitable company culture while nurturing a culture employees don\'t ever want to leave. Spreading the word about how joyful, appreciative, trusting, and respectful company culture actually leads to more success is a passion for me and about the most fun I have ever had in business. As passionate as I am about my business, my personal passion is flying trapeze.
