I am responsible for the operations of a dedicated team who track, quality assure and produce around identity cards per month. This is a high volume, quick turnaround contract, which requires a proactive approach and hands-on style of management. Since taking on the role I have introduced a more digital and streamlined suite of policies and processes, overseen the transition from office to home-based working without any perceptible impact on service and devised solutions for production, data migration and outsourcing challenges.Additionally, I contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our commercial portfolio and provide direction to ensure efficient delivery of all contracts.
