Give appropriate, persistent, and encouraging feedback to students regularly. Work enthusiastically and collaboratively with vertical and horizontal planning colleagues to meet students\' individual needs. Identify the unique needs of students and seek additional support as needed. Commitment to professional development outside the classroom and enthusiastically seeking regular in-class observation and feedback from peers and the Educational Leadership Team for continued growth. Examine, evaluate, and implement student assessment data to differentiate instruction. Keep and submit the necessary records, progress reports, and grade reports.Assist in the general supervision and discipline of students inside and outside the classroom.Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the GPA staff handbook. Perform related duties as assigned.
