About Dennis Dench

I have been practicing as a registered architect since 1985 and have been involved in all aspects of project development since 1977. My experience ranges from Business Development, programming and design through project management, office management, construction documentation and construction administration. My experience in design management covers a wide range of projects that include complex high-tech projects, such as education facilities for science and technology, a micro-chip manufacturing facility, radar test complexes, and electronics development labs, as well as commercial office and retail facilities. The majority of my experience has been with ENR nationally ranked Architecture and Engineering firms in which I have held various positions including, Project Architect, Project Manager, Director of Project Management and Director of Architecture, Managing Partner, and Principal in Charge of Business Development. I have been responsible for the management of large, multi-disciplined project teams, and have developed an understanding of the mechanical and electrical systems required for complex facilities. My management and design background have given me the skill sets necessary to effectively present qualifications for professional services in a variety of market segments. Specialties: As a licensed Architect, my “hands-on” experience has been in a variety of Market Segments and project types for Corporate America (Office and High-Tech Industrial), Higher Education, Retail and Sports/Recreation.
