ABOUT DENNIS DAUGHETY
Dennis has been in franchising for the past 20 years. He started with Choice Hotels selling Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn and was quickly promoted to sell their mid-scale brands, Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites. After 10 years with Choice he went to Driven Brands and sold Maaco franchises for a year. While with Maaco, he was introduced to the broader world of franchising and quickly fell in love with it. In 2014, while at a franchise broker conference, he found his first franchise venture, Phenix Salon Suites. He opened his first Phenix location in 2015 and joined their development team at about the same time. After five years with Phenix and opening his fifth Phenix location, he decided to move into franchise consulting to look for the next big thing. In 2018, Dennis headed down a new path of franchise consulting with one goal, to find high-earnings potential franchises in which he could partner with young Christian businessmen. The partners would operate the business and Dennis would be their mentor, both in business and in their walk with Christ. To date, this model is being used successfully in four franchise models and he is actively seeking more franchises and Christian businessmen and women to invest in. Dennis has been married to his beautiful wife, Valerie for 20 years and is the father of, Lindsey, a beautiful 18-year-old girl and Jackson, a 16-year-old boy who will, in all likelihood, be a business partner one day. He is a member of the Church of the Highlands and proud to be a part of their Legacy team. He is a crypto enthusiast, loves to SCUBA dive and is a terrible golfer but would rather be on the links than in the office any day.
