This work strengthened executive-level OEM partnerships, improved pipeline predictability, and accelerated organic growth, leading to my promotion to Global VP.Prior to Ascential, I spent nearly three decades at Nordson Corporation, a global market leader in precision dispensing and industrial technologies. There, I held progressively senior leadership roles culminating as Senior Sales Director – The Americas, leading large-scale commercial organizations across North and Latin America. Throughout my tenure, I consistently delivered revenue growth, margin expansion, and organizational transformation while developing strong leadership benches and global teams.I am known for my ability to connect strategy to execution, build trusted executive relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in complex, PE-backed and global operating environments.
