Define a global Key Account strategy and develop processes to support a Key Account program including criteria for becoming a KA and the highest standards for project and client management. Over a five-year period, build a bench of up to ten Key Accounts worldwide as well as a dedicated management and production team to oversee them. As a member of the executive committee, participate in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives for the group.
