In order to work effectively, I must be willing to listen to people when they articulate their concerns and voice their fears regarding abused and neglected children in the Pittsburgh region. · Focus on building CASA of Allegheny County\'s social organization by identifying and coordinating with local organizations, expanding membership base, assisting with fundraising, and leading interest meetings · Develop relationships and strategic partnerships with stakeholders and the community to ensure the focus remains on increasing the county’s awareness of educational opportunities for child advocacy/juvenile justice · Manage and facilitate advocate meetings and training sessions and conduct advocate Interviews · Help recruit and manage contractors to assist with content development and marketing · Identify process improvements and resources opportunities, and work with the team to implement them
