Work with DOS, 95, 98, NT, ME, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012. Installing, upgrading and supporting all versions of Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Outlook & Adobe. Installation and support of Meditech systems. Installing and supporting Apple products including iPhone\'s, laptops and desktops.Support multiple mobile platforms including laptops, tablets, Apple, Android, Blackberry & Windows phones. Worked with team on implementing new Power Path system, hardware and software for the Pathology department as well as a new Dictaphone system for the department. Provide ongoing support for both systems. Implemented new data & reporting system for university security department and provide ongoing support. Completed project of implementing R25 scheduling system university wide and ongoing support.Troubleshooting and resolving PC & network issues throughout university. Working closely with end users in resolving issues and training in use of various software programs. Work with Google apps as well as create and present classes for users of Google apps. Present weekly ITS segment of new employee orientation.
