As the VP of Recruitment at MAFÉ Resources, I lead a team of experts providing staffing solutions primarily within technology, finance, and accounting, while also supporting hiring needs across a variety of other functions. I’m driven by relationship-building, uncovering top talent, and creating win-win outcomes for both companies and candidates.Before joining MAFÉ Resources, I was the Operations Manager and key contributor for Top One Delivery, a logistics company contracted by FedEx in Nashville, Tennessee. I negotiated the purchase of an established routes, implemented systems and procedures to enhance productivity, and delivered over packages daily with excellent service. I proudly served eight years of active duty in the US Army as an Officer, from 2013 to 2021, where I held diverse leadership roles across small unit teams, operations, and high-level staff administration. During my service, I advised combatant commanders and their staff on fire support capabilities, earning numerous U.S. Military and NATO medals, including the Bronze Star, Army Commendation, Army Achievement, National Defense, Global War on Terrorism Service, Korea Defense Service, Afghanistan Campaign with Campaign Star, NATO, Combat Action Badge, and Parachutist Badge.I graduated with distinction from Norwich University, the senior military college of Vermont, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, achieving Cum Laude honors.As a proud Army Veteran, I am now focused on seeking new missions to positively impact our communities.
