My position involves Management of the F-35 Airworthiness Management System and Plan (including Partner issued organizational approvals). Staff officers responsible for coordinating the Joint Airworthiness Authorities Council (JAAC)/ Joint Airworthiness Advisory Group (JAAG), and associated actions. I Represent respective country specific programs including, Coordinator for country specific F-35 aircraft acceptance activities. I am the Representative for country specific F-35 configuration management including attendance at Joint Configuration Review Board (JCRB)/ Joint Configuration Change Board (JCCB). I also am the Representative for country specific interests on engineering AW topics, and a Facilitator of the flow of technical information back to home country on engineering AW topics in cooperation with home country CD and LST representatives. My role contains managing of three configuration baseline documents for which the contractor, Lockheed Martin (LM) will seek country Approval to ‘vault’, after which the Part No’s are releasable in the country specific configuration in ALIS/ODIN• The F-35 As-Cleared Configuration Description Document (CDD) • The F-35 Modification Baseline Document (MBL) • The F-35 AW Impacted Aircraft Data Load (ADL) Annex Document Scope of Position: My engagement and support of FMS Customers airworthiness requirements will be in accordance with JESB DM#46 F-35 Lightning II FMS Engagement Guiding Principles and PEO Memorandum for record ‘F-35 Policy on Airworthiness Data Release to Foreign Military Sales Customers’.
