Vendor Managed Inventory specialist (VMIS) receives consumables to replenish a customer’s inventory levels into a vending unit. Inventory levels are controlled by a Min/Max amount set into the database. VMIS maintains PPE, Chemical, Hand tools, and many varieties of items in inventory. Maintains profitability through inventory management. responsible for the completion of procedures involving the ordering, replenishment, receiving, stocking, inventory consumed by an end user is maintained by the VMIS. Maintaining updated database changes in pricing, and reporting. VMIS are responsible for updating software and repairs to vending machines and computers components.
