Dennie B. Zastrow represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters in US federal and state courts, with a focus on high-stakes antitrust matters, including class actions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Dennie was an associate in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm and focused his practice on antitrust litigation, counseling, and merger review.During law school, Dennie interned with Judge C. Darnell Jones II of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania through Temple Law School’s Federal Judicial Clerkship Clinical Honors Program. He also served as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review.Outside of Morgan Lewis, Dennie serves on the Board of Governors of the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization.
