Responsible for conducting oversight activities at Pearson Airport and Class 2/3 airports in Ontario, by conducting inspections, audits and tests • Monitored screening operations at Pre-Board Screening (PBS), Hold-Baggage Screening (HBS) and Non-Passenger Screening (NPS) checkpoints to ensure procedural compliance to CASTA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operational Bulletins and directives• Observed and reported on customer service and overall quality of service delivery, including compliance of Screening Officers (SOs) with CATSA’s standards for professional conduct and dress and deportment• Observed and reported on daily trends associated with operational capacity, service delivery and throughput efficiency at screening checkpoints• Observed, and reported on the effectiveness of SC management of checkpoint operations, including supervision and coaching• Observed and reported on screening operations at PBS, HBS and NPS screening checkpoints to ensure compliance to CATSA\'s screening service contracts• Assisted CATSA regional management, police and law enforcement in responding to incidents and conduct associated follow-up
