Focus topic: Digitalization in the field of legal tech in the legal department- Key role in the global digital transformation of the legal department of the entire Bosch Group with around 300 lawyers and a total of approx. 400 employees- Fields of law: Corporate law, antitrust law, M&A, intellectual property, IT law, contract law, litigation and commercial law- Head of Practice Group \"Legal Innovation\" with approx. 40 participating lawyers- Consulting the lawyers on legal tech and increasing efficiency - Tools used: No-code (BRYTER), low-code (Power Platform, Catalytic), robotic process automation (Automation Anywhere),(Gen)AI and programming with VBA or SQL- International workshops for innovation and user experience- Requirements engineering- Use of GenAI in the legal department- BRYTER Application Manager to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations- Implementation of web interfaces- Point of contact for the central IT department- Supervision of trainees, students and interns (5 in total to date)
