Denis graduated from Rollins college in 2020 amidst the pandemic. The rapid change in the way we live life resulted in his own persistence and adaptation to the environment around us. As a philosophy major Denis quickly learned that the world is not as black and white as most see it; in fact it is many different shades of grey. Using this knowledge and wisdom, Denis has been able to successfully translate these skills to the business world where he quickly gained success in a variety of roles and rapid personal growth for the companies he has worked for.Denis has also earned his MBA; with which, coupled with his many years of experience in team leadership, business operations and business management roles, have given him the ability to stand out in an employee candidate pool.Some of these crucial skills gained from the synthesis of his unique background include leadership, team development, problem-solving, finance, business planning, data analysis, etc.Denis has obtained a multitude of experiences throughout his career, by picking up part time jobs while working full time to expedite his career learning. He has done consulting work for the biggest healthcare provider in the South East, worked and learned the sales field, created media content and business plans for small businesses, learned and received certifications for a variety of skills and technical tools.Denis prides himself in being a life-long learner; valuing new skills and growth over a paycheck. Denis consistently reads books and articles, and listens to podcasts to keep an active mind and to gain a deeper perspective to the world around us.
