In my role at The Salvation Army of Broward County, I’m responsible for efforts that are essential to building relationships, raising funds, and increasing the organization’s visibility. I’m involved in all areas of development and community engagement, including cultivating donors and securing corporate sponsorships. I plan and execute fundraising events that generate revenue and raise awareness for our programs. I also oversee public relations—developing strategies to promote our mission, managing media outreach, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications. Community engagement is a key part of my work, from representing The Salvation Army at local events to building partnerships with businesses and organizations. I also work closely with the Advisory Board, coordinating communications and supporting the recruitment of new members.
