ABOUT DENISSE MOLINA

I am a dynamic and driven Human Resources professional, with a Graduate Certificate Degree in Human Resources Management and a CPHR Candidate designation. I have expanded on my HR knowledge and experience through my current role as an HR Coordinator, where I wear many hats including: HR administration Recruitment Benefit Administration HRIS management On-boarding Employee Relations I have exceptional communication, community building, and interpersonal skills, and I am motivated to create SPACES OF BELONGING. A bit more about myself beyond my professional life: I am someone who loves exploring and mastering new challenges I have learned to embrace failure and become resilient. From website design to starting an entrepreneurship, selling at markets, leading a non-profit, organizing festivals and events, and mentoring youth, I have pursued new ventures with no prior experience, only through self-teaching, determination, and willingness to step outside of my comfort zone. I see myself as a lifelong learner! In my free time, I like to keep myself busy. I enjoy reading, working out, exploring hiking spots, nurturing my spiritual life, being creative through embroidery and painting. Moreover, I am in a continuous search of PURPOSE, I believe we are all here for a reason I am my happiest and true self when I work on projects/organizations where I can positively impact people’s lives and where openness, kindness and humour are welcomed! My life purpose is to leave a positive mark on the world and inspire others along the way
