ABOUT DENIS MILOSAVLJEVIĆ

I work in the ERP environment with a strong focus on staying close to customers, supporting the integration of enterprise software, and improving business processes through practical, hands-on solutions. My background is in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV, where I have been involved in different roles, ranging from implementation and project work to team coordination.What I enjoy most is working directly with customers: understanding how their business operates, identifying where systems and processes can be improved, and translating requirements into solutions that teams can actually use in their daily work. I am less interested in abstract concepts or slide-heavy approaches and prefer real projects, real challenges, and results that are visible and sustainable.In my current role, I work closely with my team on ERP projects. Collaboration, learning through practice, and shared responsibility play an important role in how we work together. Developing as a team through projects, taking ownership, and continuously improving how we work is important to me — both for the team itself and for the outcome on the customer side.I approach my work in a structured and pragmatic way, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and clear communication. I am proactive and motivated by progress, always looking for ways to move things forward, take responsibility, and work on topics that matter — especially in environments where software, processes, and people come together.Outside of work, family is my highest priority. I find balance through sports such as boxing, jogging, and golf, and I value continuous learning and personal development.
