ABOUT DENIS M. GRATTON

While my 25+ years of experience working with private and public sector clients reflect the work I’ve done, they also offer insight into the kind of work I do best. I’ve spent a great deal of my career working on a variety of simple to complex strategic learning and development initiatives, business transformation projects, and marketing initiatives. I firmly believe things need to evolve for people and organizations to flourish and grow. I welcome change and new challenges as the skills I have gained in the field of learning and development have always been highly transferable and versatile. I enjoy new projects and initiatives, whether it’s innovating products to grow the business, leveraging new marketing and internet technologies to drive sales, or integrating legacy systems into a unified, comprehensive customer relationship and learning management system. I understand how complex and demanding it can be to develop an idea from its inception to the envisioned result, yet I also know firsthand how rewarding it is to see the process through to the end. Working and collaborating with so many skilled and thoughtful team members, colleagues, and partners has helped me grow immeasurably from my humble beginnings as an instructional designer to the leader I am today. The long term relationships I have forged are one of the things I value most deeply. Today, as a Senior Leader in the management consulting field, I draw on my ability to craft a clear vision for what needs to be done while maintaining a laser focus on the details that impact clients. I strive for results-driven execution and I surround myself with talented people who share my passion for getting things done the right way–no excuses. We work hard together to deliver the highest quality products, services, and experiences to our clients in order to help them succeed in their careers. For me, it’s just how to get things done.
