I started young and eager, not always sure where I was headed, but I quickly learned how to navigate challenges and find solutions. Over time, I\'ve learned to trust my instincts, think in systems, and adapt quickly—developing a practical, principled, and flexible approach to problem-solving that works. I continue to refine that approach every day.Throughout my career, I\'ve led projects that uncovered inefficiencies, redesigned processes, and implemented tech solutions that stuck.
