With a Master\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, I bring over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing people-related strategies that support business growth, performance, and culture.My core competencies include organizational development, change implementation, merger and acquisition due diligence, corporate communications, policy development and administration, recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits, employee relations, and compensation.
