   Tracfone was acquired by Verizon Consumer Group. Responsibilities are the same as my role in Tracfone. I got promoted as well to Senior UX Research Analyst in August 2022. • Conducts or supports UX research efforts designed to assist in acquiring or retaining customers. Meets with stakeholders (across multiple business units) to conceptualize, validate, and evaluate products and services. Products or services could be in either a pre-release state or publicly available to identify primary business objectives. Analyzes requirements to determine the best study methodologies and creates Research Plan to accomplish research goals. • Coordinates with 3rd party recruiting agency to find and schedule participants. Determines test scenarios, conducts pre-testing as needed, finalizes materials needed for user research sessions. • Investigates data anomalies that surface during preparation for or implementation of user research sessions and determines root causes of problems and errors. • Conducts or participates in study moderation for in-person or virtual sessions (IDI and Focus Groups) and via remote tools such as a consumer research panel. • Evaluates information and data gathered from research studies and presents results of analyses including recommendations to stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management. Aligns research and session goals to completed analysis to ensure results will impact transaction success and customer satisfaction. • As necessary, provides guidance to offshore resources, ensuring that work produced meets or exceeds business standards. Deliverables include research plans, survey instruments, Discussion/Moderator Guides, videos, reports, and research results presentations.
