Through her work, Dr. Nixon helps students transform complex academic requirements into clear, achievable steps toward finishing their doctoral degrees.Dr. Nixon holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, a Master of Education in Educational Administration, a Master of Education in School Guidance and Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Her professional experience spans both K–12 and higher education leadership, including service as a guidance counselor, assistant principal, recruitment coordinator, personnel director, and assistant superintendent for human resources.In higher education, Dr. Nixon has taught doctoral research courses, served as a dissertation committee chair, and worked extensively as a qualitative research methodologist.
