I lead a high-performing team of five responsible for generating approximately 40% of the museum’s annual revenue across individual, foundation, corporate, government, and events.Reporting directly to the CEO, I serve on the Leadership Team and play an active role in shaping the museum’s strategic direction, business operations, and organizational culture. As a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Board leadership, I focus on cultivating a culture of inclusive philanthropy that engages new and existing supporters in meaningful ways and strengthens the museum\'s long-term sustainability.Additional highlights include:Manage the Development and Governance Committees of the Board of Trustees; led the implementation of a transparent and equitable board recruitment process to advance diversity and inclusion.Plan and participate in personal solicitations of a portfolio of leadership donors, including trustees and major individual, foundation, and corporate partners.Collaborate with the School and Community Programs team to align access program funding with organizational priorities, budgets, and impact tracking.Served on the Strategic Planning Committee, which produced Lead with Joy—a new plan articulating BADM’s refreshed vision, mission, and values, and outlining priorities to expand impact through play-based learning.Led strategy development for a new capital funding approach and currently lead ongoing capital fundraising efforts.
