Currently employed (with an active Q-Level clearance) at Los Alamos National Laboratory (Triad), where I apply a multifarious scientific approach to complex environmental compliance issues. 25 years experience in multiple sectors, such as 40 CFR, environmental managing the NPDES Permit, site-specific SPCC plan, chemistry, air quality, water quality and hazardous waste, and over 10yrs in quality. Adept with ISO series (9001 & 14001) as lead auditor, I managed the annual audit for the Scientific Lab Division 7yrs, and an herbal QC Lab. I also developed QIPs, QMPs and QAPs at the city and state levels. I\'m also NQA-1 qualified and worked with Environmental Remediation projects in Los Alamos.Managing programmatic work is also a large part of my day to day. By providing oversite to projects, I ensure compliance with federal requirements such as NEPA and keep budgets on track toward completion. With degrees in both psychology and sociolofy, I have developed a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the human and ecological factors that affect environmental outcomes.
