I have been in the Insurance industry all of my working life.and a Human Resource professional since When I was active on the operational side of the business, I earned my CIC designation in 2009. This helps me to stay in touch with the business and relate to our employees. Once Human Resource became my primary focus, I became active in the local and regional SHRM chapters. I received my PHR designation in 2005, SPHR in 2011, and SHRM-SCP in 2014 and continue as a Volunteer leader. My current role as VP, Human Resources for HUB International, Mountain States Region, encompasses 400+ employees in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.Ignite your potential.
