Serve as the Project Manager on Shell USA WorkWELL Remodel by performing overall management and implementation of the Scope, Schedule, and Budgets.•Created a resource-loaded Master Schedule that included the ROM, cash flows, and manpower to ensure the scope presented by the Creative Team came to life. •Work as a team with the Architectural Engineers and Contractors to support the scope execution per the Design and Build Agreements by reviewing the Design Packages for Construction Feasibility. •Manage the overall Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Program per the Contractual Documents •Ensure the budget stays on track by reviewing the monthly Construction and Architectural Payment Applications and comparing them to work in place. •Perform administrative tasks including progress reports, coordinating and reviewing Construction Submittals and RFIs.•Operate a complete Turnkey/Turnover process to the Owner by collecting final inspections, permits, punch lists, commissioning, and warranties. •Spearhead meetings with all project stakeholders including agenda creation, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.•Participated in the procurement process by authorizing construction strategies and oversight of multiple bid packages.•Change Management to ensure it protects the overall budget and intended scope. •Displays leadership skills by managing a team of personnel by providing leadership, mentoring, coaching, and guidance and directing priorities for assigned projects.
