I serve as a Chief Ontologist supporting the Department of Defense, where I design and implement enterprise ontologies that enable interoperability, traceability, and machine-reasonable data at scale. My work extends beyond models into policy, governance, and strategy — ensuring data is structured, controlled, and usable across systems, organizations, and missions. In parallel, I am the Chief Data & AI Officer at a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), leading end-to-end data strategy, governance frameworks, and AI integration. I specialize in turning fragmented, inconsistent data environments into coherent, enforceable systems that support real-world execution — not theoretical capability. I also serve as CEO of a joint venture focused on ontology-driven software, advancing object-based, future-proof data architectures that move beyond static models into adaptive, operational ecosystems. All of my work is focused on building architectures that don’t just function today, but are deliberately designed to evolve — supporting the Warfighter, decision-makers, and the Department of Defense. I don’t build dashboards or chase trends. I design data systems — and the policies and governance behind them — that hold up under pressure, scale across domains, and deliver tangible, interoperable value.
