Informa Festivals As part of the DEI team, this role drives the LIONS mission to provide up to €2m worth of Cannes Lions Festival passes for charitable or voluntary organisations and underrepresented creatives through our Talent Programmes and scholarships (See It Be It, LIONS Scholarship & Jodi Harris Scholarship).Responsibilities include- Principal point of contact for all Talent Programme organisers - internal and external- Community management of our Talent Programme alumni- Coordinating applications for the Cannes Lions Talent Programmes & Scholarships- Coordinating the judging process to select our final cohorts- Managing the process to notify applicants of the outcome of their application- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to conceive, create, market and deliver each talent programme- Logistics management: arranging registrations, travel & accommodation with each Scholarship recipient- Inputting into the strategic vision for future executions of our programmes
