About Denise Wolfer

I have worked in the Telecommunications and Project Management field for 22 years. My skills include, but are not limited to, exceptional customer service, project management, Telecom wiring and systems MAC, service and installation as well as oral and written communications. Prior to working at Macy’s, I was a project manager at a mid-sized Telecom Inter-Connect company. I have mentored and supervised up to 10 + employees in various situations. My Project Management skills include planning, budgeting and execution of many large, time sensitive projects. In 2009 I was honored to be included amongst the top 100 Women In Business in the Greater Cincinnati area. My on the job achievements include being promoted to Senior Analyst from Analyst II within 3 years at Macy’s Systems and Technology due to my willingness to go above and beyond, think “outside the box” in problem solving and exceptional work ethics. I received the President’s Award, in 2007, which is given to the top 5% of employees within a particular field (mine was Field Services which included approximately 300 other FS associates) as well as multiple individual awards for customer service and performance excellence and Make Magic Awards for excellence in job performance within group projects.
