Now retired, but in my previous work life…With a solid and varied background in retail shop floor management and Head Office Merchandising, I applied all of that experience and played to my strengths as Product Learning & Development Manager at Next- Created and trained a comprehensive Product Academy to support new product trainees to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours so that they can make an impact from day 1 on their teams- Developed and delivered systems bespoke to our users requirements to drive business change and efficiencies- Authored engaging communications to our Product teams to keep everyone up to date with business news- Proud to be part of the Mental Health First Aider team to support colleague’s Mental Wellbeing.I’ve loved being able to drive growth in a business, teams, individuals and myself!
