Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations across all accounts and lines of business and perform monthly closing processes; resolve any variances through account analyses on a regular basis; prepare audit schedules- Process full-cycle accounts receivable, including preparation and distribution of invoices to clients, input invoices into NetSuite accounting software, and input corresponding receipt of payment into NetSuite accounting software- Prepare and distribute weekly A/R aging reports; monitor accounts to ensure receipts are up to date; follow-up with clients and/or other department managers about payment status as needed- Perform corporate cash management tasks such as pending wires and account transfers- Process full-cycle accounts payable to include sort incoming invoices, review invoices for appropriate documentation, distribute invoices and follow up to obtain timely approval, input invoices into NetSuite accounting software, process check batches, nominate invoices for ACH payment in NetSuite, match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks, distribute checks accordingly- Correspond with customers and vendors and respond to inquiries- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy- Assist in and work with team to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
