Promote this amazing 2-year $1M ARPA program and recruit applicants for cash grants and training programs. Conduct information sessions and one-on-one support for program applicants – artists, arts/cultural nonprofits, and arts/cultural businesses. • Organize and support the application review and award process. Help recruit panelists. Conduct panel review meetings on zoom.• Assist Department Director with program design, procuring training offerings, training partner coordination and related contracts.• Notify award recipients of reporting requirements and monitor and track reporting compliance • Monitor all subrecipients and beneficiaries of ARPA funding by establishing and communicating reporting guidelines and timelines• Prepare expense reporting for awards, project staff, office expense, and fees to partners. o Create & maintain ARPA informational materials for the website o Submit Monthly & Quarterly reporting to the ARPA representative for the City of Durham o Create contracts for the ARPA cash grants and training programs o Effectively administer labor-intensive Cash Grant & Training Program operations for its 152 participants, receiving consistently favorable survey results o Manage web site and media needs for the program: Zoom and PowerPoint videos / slidedecks, Canva flyers, Jotform surveys, Bloomerang mailings, newsletter copy, etc. o Closely worked with Hayti to yield impressive diversity participation rates of 44% BIPOC in Cash Grants and 59% BIPOC in the Training Program, matching City\'s population o Worked with Proxemic Media to create new, well-received course on Accessibility o Maintain and create sophisticated, detailed and comprehensive Financial and Management reporting submitted to DAC mgt, board, and the City o Negotiated & re-negotiated vendor offerings to meet operational or financial needs o Implemented rolling expense detail to remove need for on-demand deep-dive reconciliations to be requested by the City
