Greetings! I\'m Denise Starcher, a seasoned and certified HR executive with over two decades of experience spearheading and revolutionizing HR functions across a spectrum of industries. I orchestrate the development and execution of all facets of pivotal HR functions. I am a proud recipient of the 2023 Titan 100 — My primary objective revolves around spearheading major strategic shifts that integrate the HR organization to support changes in the manufacturing landscape. This includes identifying how to engage and empower people as artificial intelligence (AI) technology transforms the workplace and its people. Throughout my career, I\'ve cultivated skills, capabilities and competencies in strategic leadership, talent management, HR transformation, employee engagement, and change management. I\'ve collaborated closely with Boards of Directors, senior executives, and business leaders, driving organizational metamorphosis and fortifying executive succession and compensation frameworks. My efforts have been pivotal in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top-tier talent while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Distinguished by my ability to identify, leverage and develop talent at various levels and build inclusive teams to achieve outstanding results. Throughout my career, I have helped peers and subordinates recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as high potentials by addressing career strategy, leadership development, professional positioning, and visibility. I am an avid world traveler and in my personal time I enjoy seeking out new adventures internationally.
