ABOUT DENISE POWELL

Organised and driven Resource Manager with proven leadership skills. Confident in managing headcount across different geographies including UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. I thrive within a high pressure, deadline driven environment and working with demanding and senior stakeholders. The last seven years have been focused on change management within the Resource Management space; creating and implementing deployment strategies to deliver high utilisation across all grades. Developed and created a Resource Management process, ensuring all deployment decisions were being funnelled through the correct channels and personnel. Key tasks include managing resource availability, supplying insights on business performance and providing interventions to improve financial metrics. I am confident in dealing with escalated resourcing issues and making decisions on competing demands. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a big topic close to my heart, as I believe the best performing teams are not only diverse but provide an environment where each individual feels valued and empowered to contribute.
