I am passionate about developing emerging talent and building bridges between education, business, and opportunity. As Director of Internships and Careers at the National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) and Founder of Connect the Dots Legacy Foundation (CTDLF), I work to empower students, elevate women, and expand small business leadership among future generations.My journey began with a personal mission to advocate and uplift high-potential Talent within communities that are most likley to miss out because lack of exposure and the ability to Connect the Dots. Inspired by my mother and her serving as a powerful minority business advocate, I quickly undertook a massive shift when I inherited her legacy upon her untimely passing of the baton, Connect the Dots Business Solutions, LLC. With my Master\'s Healthcare Administration, an official title to uplift health advocacy for patient care and two decades of service in rehabilitation care, I transitioned into non profit educational services and career development, using strategic outreach to connect talented individuals to impactful opportunities.Today, I lead initiatives that engage corporate partners, community stakeholders, and educational leaders to recruit, mentor, and launch emerging leaders into thriving careers.
