As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I am passionate about all aspects of dining services management, regulatory compliance, nutrition education, clinical research, and customer service. I embrace forward thinking ideas and helping others enjoy nutritious meals that look as beautiful as the taste. I have over 28 years of experience in long-term care. I am an author of two Texas Department of State Health Services Food Handlers Classes (TXDSHS 143 & 148) which has allowed companies I work for in Texas to certify their staff in house when it is needed. My platform of offering real food first to all residents is an all encompassing approach to honor the needs off all residents especially those with modified texture with their meal. I am a strong healthcare services professional with a Master\'s degree focused in Institutional Administration and Dietetics and I love my profession and making a difference in the lives of others.
