As an Instructional Designer and E-Learning Developer, I enjoy creating accessible learning experiences that empower people with the confidence and tools to excel. With 7+ years of experience in training, professional development and onboarding new employees, I have learned the importance of collaboration with teams, clear communication, and how to provide learning that provides tools learners can immediately implement into their practice. I do this by- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and SMEs through a partnership approach to determine the best solutions for learning (is a full course the right fit for the problem?)- Aligning solutions with business goals and practical behavioral outcomes, for maximum impact- Creating real-world scenarios that learners see themselves in, for an immersive learning experience that brings content to life- Reinforcing learning goals along the way through scenario-based knowledge checks so learners can gauge their apply their progress of skill development and build confidence- Outlining a strategic evaluation plan for monitoring the application of skills through performance to determine next steps or modifications in trainingI thrive in a liaison position where I work closely with others as a team. Building and maintaining relationships through clear communication, consistency and ultimately trust is where the magic lies in propelling projects forward. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, whether it\'s a weekend getaway or wandering around a new international city, I love to explore. As a curious person, I like experiencing new things, meeting different people, and seeing the world through new perspectives. I am excited to leverage my experience in a new role.
