Unit Administrator/Senior Equipment Support Manager for the MoD\'s Joint Asset Management & Engineering Solutions (JAMES). Undertaking the necessary initial and periodic update personal training, assisting CSMs in tracking asset status, scheduling MRO activities, arranging activities and compiling reports for the MoD. Assisting with customer technical enquiries and complaints.Administration - Provide Technical, Engineering Administrative Support to Managed Support Business Stream team members in order to deliver a quality customer service, including global and domestic travel arrangements for individuals and technical working parties, document preparation, monitoring and recording of departmental personnel project budgets man-hour consumption and material cost expenditure, telephone enquiries, catering requirements, meeting customers and general document filing.Financial – Monitoring, gathering data, analysing and inputting data on numerous cost analysis excel data sheets, to ensure accuracy and highlight any anomalies with Outputs being cost control sheets, governance data, sales/order, GM reports and Key Performance Indicators. Assisting Project Accountants with queries and invoice applications, ensuring timely responses from the internal financial department. Responsible for departmental credit card reconciliation.
