Survival Systems has 35+ years in Power Electronics staffing and is a wonderful environment where information is shared and the candidate & clients’ best interest is always our number 1 goal. We all become specialists in a particular technology. I have close to 20 years here, focused in the High Power RF and Microwave Niche. The engineers I know and continue to meet every day and have built long term relationships with cater to Military/Defense Communication Systems on the ground and in the air as well as Commercial and Military SATCOM. This is an incredibly fast paced, ever evolving technology filled with some of the most unique and extraordinary leading edge design engineers on the planet. Their skill sets include design and leadership in High Power Amplifier, Radar, Lidar, Microwave Amplifier, MMIC, TWT & TWTA’s, Antenna Sys. as well as high voltage power supplies.
