About Denise Hall
As a DEI Advisor at Shell, I leverage my extensive experience in diversity and inclusion to create a culture of belonging and equity within the organization. With the of experience in this role, I have successfully led and designed social injustice campaigns, composed D&I strategies for social justice, and centralized the process for inclusion. I have also led twelve affinity groups, ensuring that members\' perspectives are heard and considered at the highest level.In addition to my current role, I have also held leadership positions at Union Pacific Railroad, where I proactively built awareness and understanding with executive and regional leadership of environmental compliance, fuel, oil, potable water & industrial water treatment operations and infrastructure maintenance. I have a Master\'s degree in Business Administration and Management, Organizational Leadership from LeTourneau University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace, and I am committed to continuous learning and growth in this field.
