I am a passionate, results-driven client partner and marketing strategist. My world is employment communications related to talent attraction and retention, with a focus on optimizing results for clients through an omnichannel approach to problem solving. My background includes client consultation; strategy development; employer branding and recruitment marketing; media research, planning, implementation/execution and related analytics (including programmatic); marketing material/collateral development (digital, print, out-of-home); content/social execution; website builds, and a variety of other communication projects in support of bringing employer brands to life and motivating and engaging current and potential employees.
