DIAMOND Ideation | Navigation | Excellence I am the duality of technical and creative, both left brain and right brain-centric, bringing new perspectives and ideation to the table. I can see what we did in the past, how it impacts the current and how to best navigate my team to an excellent tomorrow. Technically, I am a contracts management professional with both a supply chain and paralegal background and am motivated by continuous improvement initiatives and by influencing and driving change. My background is rich with reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening policies, processes, and operations to maximize performance and capture cost savings. I ‘get things done’ and have repeatedly reviewed and updated processes to increase efficiencies. I have proven expertise in both pre-award and post-award supply chain management functions including developing procurement strategies, contract formation, request for proposal, negotiation, award, evaluation and execution, supplier evaluation, quality and vendor relationship management and performance monitoring. Creatively, I am a photographer, writer, artist, reader, and creator. I am a life long student and love big challenges and difficult ideas. Socially, I am driven to connect, to gather and lead, teach, support and mentor others to become their best selves. Overall, I thrive on making a positive impact in my circle of influence and feel accomplished and satisfied if I leave others with questions for contemplation, encouragement for self-reflection and inspiration to grow, expand and to step forward in faith and confidence.
